Just put the organize button at the top.
It's a hassle depositing something like breeding leftovers with the organize mode.

This one is gay but here goes

99/100 shinys hatched have had lots of time sunk into it and then it coming out with a bunk speed stat making it stupid to use over a non shiny with perfect stats is just lame. Wild shiny mons are still random stats like always.

I just hate going to pokemon centers all the time. They should really just make a portable pokemon healer that you get in the second city or something. Fucking hate being stuck in a cave with dead pokemon. Don't even get me started on the elite four.

As much as I want great IVs on my Legends giving them all 31 everywhere isn't ideal either.
There are a bunch that want a certain Hidden Power, after all.

You can request for the daycare to hatch egg until he gets a desired spread and/or shininess, he'll charge money based on the number of eggs needed

That way you don't need to hatch the eggs yourself

I'm with you on cutting out the grinding. But breeding for egg moves can be sort of fun, and its just about necessary to make many pokemon useful. Breeding is also important for getting certain natures on pokemon, it is also important for more of that pokemon. EVs are important for strategy and customization, removing them would seriously hurt PvP. I wouldn't mind seeing IVs removed, 100% unnecessary in my opinion.
If you just want build your team like that I suggest playing on a simulator.

Anyway. *Small* changes that would really benefit a lot:
> Keep memory of a learnt HM so that the Pokémon can use it in the overworld without taking a move slot.
> Out with Deposit / Withdrawn
> "Heal" menu automatically selects or recommends items based on status ailment or remaining HP to full.
> Easier / faster way to relearn moves than the Pokémon already learnt at lower levels.
> Battle effect animations are no longer separated from the text notice.
> Pokédex incorporates at least partial movelist per species (TM list, perhaps).
> More direct access to overworld moves (touch element / repeat action against object, etc).
> Ability to define "packs" to buy at marts.
