The Hoenn Saga was the best saga of the series because Ash was on his game, all of his Pokemon got to shine, even the ones at Oak's, all the past recurring characters appeared, some even got their own episodes, Team Rocket got a hell of a lot of development, the Battle Frontier, and the battles were fucking great.
