Assault vest helps but it's not uncommon for cinccino to be the only one who goes down on my team just due to how fragile it is, but with helping hand you can do like 40-60% with rock throw/tail slap/bullet seed even with neutral damage to bulky targets. If I'm not wrecking them with cincinno I U-turn after an initial hit into volcarona and bring in the heat.
Helping hand is hilarious with everyone on my team, and sylveon is the bulk master.
