It's been awhile.

I have tried and tried and everytime I go to open PB I get Error Code 006-0520

any one have a fix for this?

I think it's $5 for a year, but you get a 1 month free trial so you can just use that to transfer your pokes and not pay anything

Power saves don't work well due to encryption. If the save game is modified by the game itself, the backup is useless. If it is modified externally(Bank/power saves) then you are good until the game is saved through the game itself.

Also it is only the downloaded version that has high risk due to how it handles saves on the SD card.

I had a corrupted save and I couldn't load my game, but I was able to use Pokebank to grab everything out of my PC before I wiped my sd card. Multiple games were corrupted. (Shovel Knight was crashing in the same spot every time. In the last fucking level too)

Unfortunately you can't access what's in your party with Bank, so I lost a shiny illumise waifu bug.

I don't expect this would always work, but try bank before you delete your file if corrupt.

I think there' also a way to repair your game through the eshop or something. I can't be FUCKED to google it for you.
