I hope that's viable to run in a deck, the Machamp anyway. It looks like a pretty good way to power things up, and it's a free Strong Energy/Band. Plus it works for other Machamps (it's attack is okay, so it's usable for active, but not really) so it looks okay.
If this Pangoro comes out though I'll be all over it.
