A lot of smogonfags don't understand the importance of stat distribution. I run Noivern specially at times and others as fast a wall breaker. Should be the fastest super fang user in the game. Boomburst hits through subs. It's a great support, and if you give it u turn and frisk it can scout. Slap on Roost for walls if you need it becuse even though they can heal you're doing 50%+ in doubles. People look at it and she a shitmon, but that isn't the case if you know how to use it.
And the reaction to Pachi has always been a shitmon. People don't like evaluating the material in front of them.

Electric hits everything other than electric, grass, and dragon neutral or SE. If it gets an Ice Punch tutor it now hits elec neutrally and SE on ground dragon and grass.
You can run Wild Charge instead of Tackle. Access to Brick Break and Fake Out is appreciated as well. If you want to run it as support then yeah, it would need more bulk. Kinda stupid that GF didn't make their mascot at least 450 bst. The evolution would have more but the evo is comes shirt in comparison of attacking power.
