One month ago, my Pokemon Y stopped being recognized by my 3DS XL. I sent it off for repairs.
Today I learned that Nintendo have lost my 3DS XL along with my copy of Pokemon Y in the mail and they're sending me brand new replacements, as if that's any sort of compensation.
All my shinies, all my IV-bred, EV-trained, imported and event Pokemon are gone.
