That's the second time that happened. First I thought M-Metagross was grabby arms McGee, but then it was shown to have a more future-tank like design (what with the balanced 8 legs that are less mobile). Now, we see that despite the really shitty Sugimori art that I judged the fuck out of, Salamence retains a similar body style, but instead retracts its' arms for a more aerodynamic motion ala Lati@s.
