It's amazing that a game with over 700 game pieces each with 4 of a possible 60 or so different moves to choose from is still so formulaic.

U-Turn is sort of a given too, otherwise you can't do shit to rock types like Tyranitar. Lets me scout fake switch ins for double feigned counters or anything like that.

Last slot usually depends on my team. Sometimes it's Defog or Roost. VGC uses Overheat. I've seen Tailwind be used.

Nature Power (Fighting 100) along with Acrobatics instead of Brave Bird, for less recoil damage.
I've seen a bulky Bulk Up using set before.

Go read Gigalith's dex and then realise it wasted a perfect opportunity to be a Special Attacker Rock pokemon that shoots death lasers everywhere. Flavor is much less important than rehashing the same shit over and over.

The only thing that resists both its STAB are Rock types (Tyranitar mostly in OU) and rare Steels like Heatran. Tyranitar is OHKOed on all sets with Close Combat, while specially defensive Heatran is almost OHKOed (avg ~ 86%) by CC.

Everything else, it can deal with Brave Bird or Flare Blitz.

Nature Power is only ever Special and never Fighting type in Gen 6.

Acrobatics has always been around as a concept, but really won't take off until Flying Gem is released.

Based Smaugberd, although I run mostly HP & Attack so there's some bulk/recoil survivability

Honestly though, judging from the dex enrty I wouldn't be surprised if it got Jump Kick and/or HJK in the future

Flare Blitz a shit. Pick BB, two of Quick Guard, Taunt, Will-o-Wisp and Tailwind plus a fourth (which can be FB after all) as filler.
