People say PM is good but it fucks the game over by changing so many of the base concepts rather than modulating damage, attack speed, and kb for a more balanced game.
Ganon hits harder than falcon but is slower with neutral B. Reduce damage slightly and Speed it up slightly but still lower than Capt falcon or leave as is.
Lucario just needed something to have better KB since even at 300% it ain't much. Doing a smash attack ain't hard but sometimes you need that quick transition and he just didn't cut it.
And I've never see anyone else use anything not Charizard, Mewtwo, Capt. Falcon, Link or Falco/Fox on there.
