Anyone else still feel like Mew is the only really great legendary? Every other legendary looks like over designed pieces of garbage, with Celebi being the only exception. Why are great legendary designs dead?

As far as event legendaries go there's only one true choice for me.

Though honestly I like all of the legendaries in this tier.

While I disagree with OP's stance on other legendaries, I have to say that it's nice to see Mew get some love. When I was about 10 or so I discovered how to do the Mew Glitch on Yellow, so I did it and got a Mew and it was my main. Dat versatility. I wish it was VGC legal so it'd get more competitive exposure.

I would use it online in the cart if i had one with Regenerator, Sacred Fire, Brave Bird Earthquake and something else, probably Roost, i only have a normal one that i got from a trade, nigga only wanted a 5 IV Karrablast for it, i gave him a Brave with 0 Speed IVs and Megahorn/Drill Run for egg moves.

What's the point of event legendaries if they're never ever distributed?

If anything, why doesn't Nintendo just allow us to catch event Pokemon from previous generations in later games? What's preventing them from doing just that? The fact that they're called "event legendaries"? The argument against that is they wouldn't be that special anymore if they'd become available during the game, but why can't Nintendo just distribute the event legendaries frequently? Maybe like annually or biannually?

I've got one with regenerator, going with Sacred Fire, Sky attack (power herb), Steel Wing and Punishment.

No earthquake because I'm playing doubles and I'm not using partners who can avoid it.

Meant to be the final boss who'll come in and just slam dunk everything with pure power from the back.

For me, it's a true Legendary because it's one of the few that's treated like an actual god in-game. It has a tower that only "chosen" are allowed to approach, there needs to be a big ritual just to summon the damn thing, it's brought things back from the dead, it grants wishes and makes crops grow.
