alright.. this just happened to me.. I wanted to make a mega Lucario for battle maison (nasty plot, flash cannon, aura sphere and dark pulse)...
I finally got a 5 iv, the nature I want and ev train my riolu...
I forget about the nasty plot and evolve the pokemon before the lvl 47 and save
I am so dumb

You now have a 5IV pentaperfect parent to speed up the process, that you apparently didn't before since you say "finally" like it took a while. Hop back on bike simulator and get a new Riolu in under an hour.

Can't you use a heartscale to remember it? I had this happen with Aromatisse which is supposed to learn heal pulse upon evolution, it never prompted. The move reminder solved that problem for me.

Riolu learns nasty plot at level 47. He evolved it before 47, so Lucario did not learn nasty plot which it doesn't learn while leveling up. Lucario learns Calm Mind at 47 not Nasty Plot like riolu does.

That shroomish shit is stupid. At least Riolu is a friendship evolution. Shroomish is a level up evolution, and it learns a move it needs a whopping 22 levels after it's supposed to evolve.

The only way a Pokémon can relearn a move that isn't part of its level-up moveset is if it was hatched with the move.

i know your pain anon, i once evolved, ev trained and leveled up a 6IV swinub up to mamoswine only to realize ice shard is a swinub only move and i accidentally deleted it
