What simple design tweaks should some pokemon have?

I think Smeargles should be catchable with a range of tail colours. I also think Kecleons should be available in a range of colours too.

The other thread with poke-ball variants of Voltorb is a great idea too.

What Spinda-style variants should be implemented, and for what pokemon?
