America has over three and a half HUNDRED-THOUSAND people in it, all of which have the chance to obtain a gun in their life, and 19 attempted to fire one in a school. Teenagers are emotional fuckwads literally everywhere, not just America. If brits were trusted with guns they'd have instances where kids shoot eachother too.
