For bulkier electric types I can think of Ampharos, eviolite Flaaffy, Zapdos, Raikou, eviolite Eelektrik, eviolite Magneton, Magnezone, all Rotoms except Ghost, and Lanturn who are equal or better at defending against both physical and special simultaneously.
