For those interested, Viz Media is releasing the entirety of Season 1 of the dub in one DVD set in October for Region 1 -- episodes 1-78.
Episodes not included:
018 -- Beauty and the Beach
035 -- The Legend of Dratini
038 -- Electric Soldier Porygon
083 -- Pallet Party Panic (they've historically put this episode on their Season 2 sets)
....and, despite being released on the previous volume sets....
065 -- Holiday Hi-Jynx
That really upsets me. I understand that the episode was removed from Pokémon.com's episode listings, is not on Netflix, but come on. It was on the previous DVD sets. Lame.
