Adamant 252 Spe Honchkrow outspeeds basically every single uninvested defensive mon, which is good enough in almost all cases. However, outspeeding that has becone a bit of a benchmark (in UU), particularly for WoW users like Mew or Fletchinder, which can outspeed and cripple it with some investment, it also makes Fletchinder's Acrobatics faster than the Sucker punch, eliminating mindgames. But other than that and for other Honchkrow and modest 252 Nidoqueen or something, I think adamant is superior, you need the extra damage to maybe get past Slowbro or Hippowdon or whatever sturdy thing is try to wall it.
