Anyone else stuck in competitive battling mode? I've been playing competitively since Gen 4, and while I've gotten gud, I find that I haven't really enjoyed the state of the metagame since before Gen 5.

I've tried OU, UU, and VGC, and honestly, this game just isn't balanced enough for enjoyable multiplayer. And yet, I can't stop because I want to be the best.

tldr; How do I drop competitive and get back into enjoying the game for what it is?
