assuming you want at least one stab.

electivire get eq, thunder punch, and a wide range of fighting type moves. zekrom gets earth power and focus blast. stunfisk has dual stab and revenge. krookodile has fighting options and thunder fang. hippowdon gets thunder fang and super power.

lots of fighting types get eq and thunder punch or similar options. i know emboar gets wild charge for example. fighting types are probably the most consistent for the spread.

i didn't notice op wanted a flying type attack too. those are pretty common though. krookodile gets aerial ace. toxicroak gets bounce and thunder punch in addition to ground and fighting options.

Holy shit, this is thorough. I like how you even take Pokemon abilities, like Aerilate, into consideration.

Only problem is, which is not with your post, but with OP's concept, is that there is no point in coverage if the moves are too weak to justify it.

Example: Primeape vs. Gogoat
He could use Aerial Ace to get 120bp, or, just use Close Combat for 180bp STAB
