>>20681726If it's those "12 inches" logo ones - yes! They're unofficial plush. Some of them look odd at certain angles like the Hawlucha in the OP, but most are good. Very consistent constriction. They're made with minky fabric, but the fabric nap isn't always consistent (direction of the fibers).
If it's Pokedoll or Tomy plush - NO! These are bootleg or rejects, guaranteed to be shit compared to the real thing. Horrible fabric, wonky embroidery, lumpy/uneven stuffing.
There isn't much difference between unofficial and bootleg, but the unofficial ones for the most part, are "normal" quality and have plush that don't have a real counterpart. The bootlegs are as cheap as possible, they aren't trying to make a quality product.

One person making things at home produces less products in more time than a sweat shop full of children and machines that automate everything. Embroidery software/machines are expensive, but more dedicated plush makers use those.
