Articuno went from one of the better ice types to garbage, Charizard went to shit too now that the rocks stopped his best strategy (belly drum), Moltres went to shit too, although it was never that good to begin with. Scyther became unusable and was formerly almost as good as Scizor since he had better speed and Bullet punch didn't exist in Gen 3.
Biggest boost went to Charizard. Was NU trash, and perhaps the worst fire starter (Typhlosion might have been a little worse) now he has two megas and a ton of versatility.
