I don't know about Nasty Plot on Tentacruel, it's known as the gangster of the sea but it's been 2 gens that it didn't get Nasty Plot in any way.
Looks decent, can also abuse Knock Off with more power and outspeed common dragons.
Special Attack could have +30 and Attack +10 but I'd be still fine with this spread.
Regenerator seems also legit considering it's a jellyfish, so is Infiltratora and Intimidate, of course Poison Touch would be the must, Knock Off the Leftovers and poison the target as well.
Overall balanced and decent pivots, Tentacruel can even revenge kill there.
