The Pinsir/Heracross is available on Wi-Fi Mystery Gift. The Mega Stones are codes you have to go into Gamestop to get.

They are, but they're for the Mega Stones. You're able to get the Pokémon from Wi-Fi Mystery Gift anytime until September 17th, but you have to use a code from a flyer at Gamestop to get the Mega Stones. They're separated like that so Gamestop could get a preorder from customers while they're there.
