I did most of the usualy dumb shit back in the earlier gens. During DPPt, I ran everything as a mixed attacker. Even things with fucking awful stats for mixed. I figured that if I ran into something with one defensive stat much higher than the other, it would be easier to have a way to deal with it with whatever I had out, instead of switching. Also, an entire team of just multiple Rhydon, Nidoking, and Nidoqueen. All the Rhydon had surf. I don't really know what I was trying to do with that.
I also knew someone who used the masterball on a drifloon, because he thought it was a legendary.
