I've never understood what the purpose of this was.

You wasted your time to grab a fake mega, make a fake URL and put up a shitpost thread in an attempt to fool people, when, even if you DID fall for it, would take only a fraction of a second to realize it's not true.

Literally the only reaction you got out of me was genuine curiosity as to why someone would waste their time.

Wailord gains an thick plated armor protecting it, raising it's defense and weight considerably. Among the armor is a motor that wailord uses to raise it's speed and collects any stray current to help continue it's movement

Longevity: Doubles Max HP in battle but halves healing effects based on the pokemon's max HP (So rest will only heal half hp, recover 1/4 and so on)

Hp: 170
Attack: 80 (-10)
Defense: 60 (+15)
Sp.Attack: 130 (+40)
Sp.Defense: 60 (+15)
Speed: 90 (+30)

Wailord's fins spread out to form wings as the behemoth takes to the sky, gathering a light armor of clouds and reducing it's weight but boosting it's speed. The clouds allow Wailord to strengthen it's wind and thunder based attacks as well as it's signature water spout.

Stops weather, gets STAB Bounce, has a high Special Attack, and its speed is not terrible now.

Still not the best though but okay.
