GF wanted to hammer Levitate and Flying Pokemon for avoiding other Hazards, that makes sense I guess, but they made it do fucking Super Effective Damage, so now Bug, Ice and Fire types are nerfed for no fucking reason, and other Pokemon can 4x resist them and take barely any damage. It's so stupid it's mind boggling.
If stealth rock does 1/16 damage to a Pokemon when it comes out, then on LEVITATE and FLYING POKEMON ONLY it would do 1/8 damage instead. Not wiping 50% of Articuno's health out for no reason, the fuck?
Or does SR do 1/8 damage? In that case, it should do 1/4 damage to Flying/Levitate Pokemon.
Super Effective damage, you gotta be shitting me. Not only that, but it's a 1-turn set up move that lasts for the rest of the game. It blows. It just goes to show that GF could give less of a fuck about less casual fans of the game and competitive Pokemon battles in general.
