Why are non-KB Pokemon allowed on battle spot rating battles?

I don't mean they should only allow VGC Pokemon; I just think they should require the KB pentagon. All this 5th gen exclusive shit is getting annoying, especially in doubles.

wtf is up with all the hacked mons on ranked matches?

my team is pretty good and i still find myself loosing to the genies.

if a pokemon can't be traded via GTS,
then you certainly shouldn't be able to go for rankings with it

I'm just sayin, if you wanna complain to anybody, complain to gamefreak. Plus there's most likely going to be a ton of move tutors in OR/AS, so hacked mons on battlespot will probably not be as common.

I only got into doubles recently. I'm still pretty shit but I see ways I can make my team better and I can't do it because 5th gen exclusives.
