Fun character in Smash, I never saw the point of GF actually creating an item solely for Pikachu when the only people who really use Pikachu at all probably know nothing about Pokemon as a whole, as anyone with the attention span of bread knows that Pikachu is outclassed by everyone.
Interesting design for it's time, but all the nostalgic pandering, such as giving it a "brand new" cry for X/Y kinda bugged me a bit, but I personally dislike when certain things in games are given special treatments while others are ignored.
