Garchomp's STAB EQ has only 10 BP less than an SE Poison Jab. Since poison chance is near-useless for a physical sweeper like Chomp, using up a valuable move slot on a fairy counter with only slightly more overall effect instead of packing more useful coverage like Rock or Fire is a bad decision.
