Coming off 160 base attack plus STAB it would OHKO a lot of stuff, good base defenses could also mean he could take a hit in recharging turn even though most people would switch into something else.

You would never have to invest in Speed because it's a nonexistent stat at that point and it still has all the bulk in the world. Also it could legitimately run Revenge or Payback because it would always go last.

Kyub: No physical ice moves, sub 100 speed with an ice typing, an ice typing at all. Seriously it takes a bulky ice type this much bst to be alright in OU holy fuck is ice shit at bulk.

Regigigas: Amazing coverage, powerful neutral STAB, bulky as fuck, 100 speed for whatever god damn reason, only weak to one type, albeit one with a priority move.
The single worst ability in the game (truant is better, so is defeatist. Regigigas isn't even used in NU)

I had an idea on changing slow start to make it less crippling. I have zero idea if this is balanced or not.
When Regigigas hits the field its attack and speed falls 3 stages, every turn after that its attack and speed go up one stage, maybe capped at +2.

Kyu-B's issue isn't the ice type, it's the lack of moves.
Kyu-W is pretty much the same thing, except it has everything it needs to abuse its base 170 Sp.Atk including an Ice STAB and it's a bona fide uber.

It wouldn't be too hard to fix it. Give it protect, or shorten Slow Start a turn or two, or give it Stall as a HA, and it's great. Or, what if Slow Start worked as normal but also boosted both defenses by 1.5x for the duration? I think it would work well.

If you have to keep it being "weak", give it Stall. It'll be slow, but it'll still be strong.

Personally, I'd want to give it any of the following:

Honestly, I feel like Regigigas deserves to be up there among its fellow titans, but instead it's at the bottom of the bottom of the barrel because of its utterly useless and pathetic ability. It's downright disgraceful and I feel terrible for it. Even if it had no ability, like anything other than Slow Start, I think it'd do just fine. I sometimes wonder how devastating it would be with Huge Power.
