I assume Mega Metagross would usually have Meteor Mash and Zen Headbutt, possibly with Hammer Arm. Tough Claws Meteor Mash, Zen Headbutt, or Hammer Arm off of over 135 attack should tear through just about anything that doesn't resist them. Near perfect neutral/SE coverage, too; Aegislash, Slowbro, Starmie, and Victini are the only things in UU or higher that resist all three.
Slap on Agility or Rock Polish (Or Shift Gear, if it ever gets it) and you've got a fast as fuck and very bulky war machine with almost-as-good STAB coverage as X-Zard but much more attack.
Of course, GF hates Metagross so they'll find some way to make it absolute shit.
