Nothing comes close to the power and speed accompanied by lack of flaws that Blaziken exherts. Fire/Fighting is among the very best offensive combos. Both of its STABs base power are far greater than most other types turning Blaziken's only bove average Attack into something far greater. This, and it be Adamant, and hold a Life Orb with fewer regrets compared to other Pokemon for obvious reasons. This artillery battery's worth of might is easy to captalize with against offense and defense alike because of how fast 'ken is at +1. Then add in a handful of useful tools like Swords Dance which make it double as a wallbreaker of sorts, Knock Off and Stone Edge to slap around some "counters", and Baton Pass to function even better against countermeasures.
Blaziken is something whose speed and power are many grades higher than almost anything else in the OU tier, but what makes it so ridiculous is that it has no capitulating flaws that might balance it out like Talonflame's often catastrophic Stealth Rock weakness.
