Also, Is Weavile worth having Fake out over Brick Break? I like the extra priority/options for doubles but I also like having coverage against stuff that shakes off Ice and Dark.

Fake out is nice particularly against other fake out users sine Weavile wins the speed matchup, but the 4MSS is really noticeable. I keep Low Kick one mine to ensure KOs on Heatran and Ttar, but if you have something else to handle that then go for it. The lack of coverage isn't as crippling in doubles as it is in singles anyway, so it's up to what you need Weavile to do in a battle.

I always used Weavile as a "longer scout". I know its frail but I use Weavile to go first as a lead and then get away much later on, then come back as a finisher

Weavile works as a scout with fake out/protect, but don't underestimate the incredible damage it can put out with STAB LO moves. Knock Offs and Ice Shards/Punches are clean KOs on most weakened 'mons and can even drop defensive full HP 'mons too. I really prefer it as a fast sweeper and revenger, though I've seen some people do pretty well with fake out SD sets.
