fa/tg/uy here, so I apologize if this has been well-covered, but is it actually possible to complete the pokedex as of X/Y?

I've read going to some cafes has a chance of filling in a blank in your pokedex, but is that the only method? Do legendaries not "count" toward a full pokedex? I just beat Black 2, and beat X months back, and I'm wondering if completion is actually possible. If not, what's the "most complete" number?
