I kinda made those two more even for rivaled. I know normally Raichu wouldn't have drizzle, but he can learn rain dance. I figured, a bit more of a tribal looking Raichu as a mega would kinda free up a move slot and making thunder more viable for it. Also while Azumaril is weak to electric, it's secondary typing will have advantage over Raichu's secondary fighting type.
