Which one is best for speeding through the game solo? I need the megastones from my secondary game but don't wanna put in effort.

Just trade any non shit pokemon from your other game, give it lucky egg and the trade bonus exp it will be so far overleveled by the time you beat the game, just get something that learns good coverage
