I know Sky Attack and power herb is popular, but I had a lot of success running a focus sash set, with the following spread

-Swords Dance/ Hone Claws
-Acrobatics
-High Jump Kick
-Stone Edge
It's especially nice when you can switch in on a poke locked into a ground type move, set up a swords dance and start wreaking havoc before the sash even activates.
