1) Poison-types are now super-effective on Water-types.
2) Ice-types now loses super-effective damage from Rock-types.
3) Rock-types now have normal effectiveness on Ice-types.

If these exact changes occurred to the type matchup chart next generation would there be any major shifts to the competitive scene and metagame as a whole? and of course I know things would change but would it be anything overtly drastic?
