I always figured Slowbro refered to both entities kind of like how Kangaskhan does. To me both the Slowpoke and the Shellder are Slowbro.

It looks fucking different. It's an alternate evolution of Shellder, this is obvious. It only still referred to as Shellder because pokemon science is fucking stupid. Anyone with a bit of a brain would recognize Slowbro's tail companion as an evolution of Shellder, faggot.

It is fully evolved, its just that once the Shellder evolves It and the Slowpoke become a singe unit/entity for naming purposes and doesn't get one of its own. Notice how the Slowpoke doesn't change but the Shellder does? That's becuase the Slowpoke isn't fully evolved, it just has a fully evolved Shellder to balance standing up.

Honestly, for me it's a straight up act against social norm that gets me off. It's just the act of wearing the diaper is sexually appealing. Also serving as a symbol of youth, not in a pedo way mind you, but in the sense of some faux innocence.
