even with two 5iv parents it's only a 1/398 chance to get a 6iv. so getting a shiny first isn't that amazing. although i have to say i've hatched about 2000 eggs postgame in gen6 and haven't gotten a single shiny.

Instacheck is just like RNG them, you don't "moddify" the game but you use a software to know certain data you shouldn't have knew.

What about hoards? Ive found half a dozen since the charm, they've all been in hoards, I've never hatched a shiny.
