Extremely frail setup sweepers become much more viable. Things like Crawdaunt or Weavile are actually be able to take a hit while they get off a boost.
The meta becomes extremely stall-oriented as most common stall Pokemon become virtually impenetrable, as well as sweepers no longer being able to rely on OHKOs because of random Eviolites causing things to survive hits that they shouldn't, as well as making bulkier offensive teams difficult to break through even at +2 or +3.

Also Avalugg becomes usable so I guess there's that.
