Nuzlocke - you probably already know what that is, ko'd pokemon are dead yadda yadda yadda
Wedlocke - same except the Pokemon is paired with another Pokemon and those two are the only ones who can come out in any given battle; if one falls, the other has to try to avenge it and should get a new partner asap. Keep their sexuality consistent. Usually, no genderless are allowed.
Wonderlocke - same as Nuzlocke but each time you catch a new Pokemon you WT it and use the Pokemon you get back.
Monotype - self-explanatory.
