Need tips for improving my mono-ice team on Pokemon Showdown

I'm taking advantage of Kyurem-W's unban to try out my mono-ice team.
Unfortunately I can't seem to get past 1500's on the ladder so I could use some help besides the obvious "don't use mono-ice".

Holy shit are they out of their minds. They banned fucking Talonflame from monotype because it was an auto-win against the types it was strong against, so why are they unbanning these ubers now?

I should mention that the types that give me most issues are Fighting (M-Medicham pretty much OHKO's everything in my team besides Froslass and Avalugg), Bug (fucking Genesect is cancer. Scizor, Volcarona and Sticky Web Shuckle are annoying too) and Fairy (overall OP type. Clefable, Azumarill and M-Mawile can pretty much 6-0 my team if given the chance).

Surprisingly enough I can actually hold my own against Fire and Steel, mostly thanks to Kyurem-W. Rock I have no idea but I have never seen it so far.
Grass, Electric, Flying, Dragon, Poison and Ground are pretty much an auto-win with Kyu-W, while Ghost and Psychic are rather easy thanks to Weavile.

Kyurem-W was unbanned for mono-ice, Skymin for mono-grass and Genesect for both steel and bug.

As for the recent OU bans, Mega Mawile is still available to both steel and fairy, while Aegislash is available for ghost.

Genesect is cancer and needs to be banned ASAP. M-Mawile is also retarded and should be banned too.
Skymin can be worked around, especially if you run mono-ice since Ice Shard eats it alive.
As for Kyu-W, its extremely powerful but mono-ice needs all the power it can get to be viable so while I would normally advocate for its ban, I'm making an exception this time.

scarf cryogonal can outspeed non shift gear genesect, and potentially ohko with hp fire. I'd replace weavile for it since you already have 2 ice shard users

252 SpA Cryogonal Hidden Power Fire vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Genesect: 248-292 (87.6 - 103.1%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO

and you can give him rapid spin, alleviating a slot on avalugg so he can handle physical attackers better with toxic/protect/iron defense/whatever

Mono-ice isn't terrible. In fact it's rather average. If you ask my opinion the worst monotypes are electric (no good physical attackers and NO HAZARDS AT ALL), grass (bad in offense and defense. Even Skymin isn't enough to save it), normal (if Chansey gets her Eviolite Knock Off'd it's pretty much gg), ghost (Knock Off says hi. Aegislash and Gengar are the only truuly threatening ones), poison (low stats all around).
Rock may or may not be worse than ice though they do have Tyranitar...

Without Defiant it doesn't hit hard enough but mono-electric has no hazards so it makes no sense running that over Prankster.

I don't want to come off as a braggart but it really does take skill to be able to play around shit like Landorus and Nidoking with a mono-steel team

Well, now that Aegislash is out, that's true most of the time. Though Scarf Heatran can threaten with Earth Power, and Scarf Excadrill will always OHKO if they lack a Sash. I usually lead with Red Card Skarm to set rocks so I don't have to worry about Sash.
