They will leave gallade in the trash, just like they'll leave slowking in the trash.

Pokemon that use stones to evolve will get an alternate evolution mechanic in gen 7 similar to mega evolution but gimmicky.

I honestly don't know how megas get selected anymore. It's certainly not by the methods we were told, that's for certain. It seems mostly whatever they want. A lot of the more popular ones got it first, though, and they seem to be of greater priority. They have a weird idea of what constitutes popular, though. Regardless, our opinion will never be heard because it's drowned out by children. The only way we're getting anything is to make it ourselves.

Hit or miss. Sometimes they have a good idea, sometimes they don't. Regardless, given the effort, anything could be given something interesting.

This is perhaps the only thing that seems to hold weight, and even then, it only indicates which ones they focus on first. Some of them were never popular at all unless Japan is different, in which case, bugger all.
