No. The problem is you can't know which one it's carrying until its already hit you. And by that point, you're pretty much dead because you cant predict everything it MIGHT be able to throw at you.
Though Talonflame still fucks it up and resists everything/is virtually immune to Sucker Punch, a resist means fuck all against that much attack.

And since no one would ever switch Mawile on a talonflame, that means Talonflame is coming in on it. And thus it can get behind a sub safely.

So while its not perfect and has flaws and counters, its not good enough to be reliably broken

Adamant is 56.3% which means you're slightly more likely to OHKO it and not die, but youre still pretty screwed.
Then your best bet is Excadrill. But again, if its behind a sub, you're dead.
