if you do NOT want to use a mega slot for it, I suggest Skarmory. the defensive bulk it has will usually force Azumarill to a) buff, or b) switch. make sure you utilize whirlwind or taunt to keep that Belly Drum from being a problem.
a Rocky Helmet would be great too, but giving that up for leftovers recovery isn't a swell idea. unless you're going into battle spot territory.
