Gen III's Superpower. Considering the first time you see it is during the regi battles, it just felt so amazingly powerful

This is gonna be a long answer
Also superpower. Even though it looked more like a special move in Gen 3, none of the later revisions did that move justice.
Also, Aeroblast and Hyper Beam have never felt truly powerful since gen 2. Hyper Beam especially feels neutered in all the later gens, as well as Rollout, which peaked in gen 3. And Solarbeam was ruined in gen 5 where they made it vertical
