Is Zard X up for the next test? I heard it was next for a while, then people said Azumarill, now I've been hearing Landorus. Does anyone actually know?
To answer OP, it could go either way. Its not horribly broken by any means, but its got more than one reliable set, which the voters hate. I'd say it has a slightly better chance of staying just because its been plummeting in usage lately and its a fan favorite.
