Does anyone else think Rayquaza should be brought back down, or at least considered to be tested for OU? I may sound crazy, but here are my points
-95 Speed is slow, even at +1 you're outsped by a lot of things and outsped by every relevant scarfer.
-105/90/90 defenses are pretty mediocre.
-You may think that 150/150 attacking stats are high, but they really aren't, not when you have shit like megacham and megazam in OU.
-Weak to common priority in ice shard, things like scizors bullet punch and talonflame's brave bird will leave a mark as well.
-Takes 25% just to come in, and unlike a lot of flying types, it doesn't get roost.
Personally, I think Rayquaza would be a good A tier OU pokemon. What do you think?
