And get a chain of ditto going up to 60
At the 60 mark, those dittos will always have at least 3 ivs. You can keep catching those until you roll 3 ivs on top of the 3 you get
It would take forever but you could also get a 5 iv ditto this way and get lucky in the other 2 stats
Its the only way
